Members meetings in 2010

There will be three members meetings of the Sussex VCS Learning Consortium in 2010.  The meetings will start at 10am and we will finish at 1pm for a networking lunch.  The dates of the meetings are: 

  • Thursday 22nd July – at Action in rural Sussex
  • Wednesday 6th October – venue to be confirmed
  • Friday 10th December – venue to be confirmed

From LSC Transitions Bulletin...

The Skills Funding Agency, from April 2010, will be the single funding provider for adult skills in England outside of higher education. Its main function will be to direct around £4 billion of funding to further education colleges and other skills providers including the voluntary and third sectors.
